H&F Academy’s Graduate Programme 2021

The new H&F Graduate Programme is designed to give our resident graduates a 2-year trainee programme comprising of 4 exciting rotation placements across the council that will kick start your career in 4 very different areas – this could be in social care, transport, climate change etc, exposing you to a variety of skills and experiences that will build your leadership readiness for the future.

We have two Graduate positions and welcome applications from H&F residents from all areas of study. You will need to have a minimum second-class honours degree by July 2021 and have the right to work in the UK.
