Level 2 certificate in Food Safety
If you work with food either directly or indirectly, you should register yourself or your staff in a food handling course. This accredited course will help you safeguard yourself and your business against potential loss of income.
Anyone working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled. Typical environments may include:
- Pubs, hotels, restaurants
- Supermarkets and retail environments
- Food and drink manufacturers
- Hospitals
- Care homes
- Schools
- Prisons
Course details
This one day course is scheduled on 24 March 2025 from 9:30am - 4.30pm at the Macbeth Centre (course code: TD2008).
