New Year, New You!

We are delighted to introduce 7 new and exciting fitness courses for all adult ages, taking place evenings and Saturdays from the New Year. Come along. Make this your New Year resolution. 

Join our evening and weekend courses in Hammersmith. Open to anyone aged 19+.

Gentle Keep Fit Evening (all adult ages)

This gently keep fit class is for anyone 19+, who wishes to follow a slow-paced exercise class.

Strong and Lean Evening (all adult ages)

This exercise course is intended for anyone 19+, who wishes to get back into a fitness routine through stretching, cardio & resistance training.
