Agewell fitness classes

Prioritise your your health and fitness and enrol on our Agewell courses suitable for anyone who is 50+.  Choose from Flexibility, Yoga and meditation and Pilates for beginners.

Courses starting soon and are a great value at £50 for an 11-week session (£25 for Concessions).

Flexibility

What will the course Cover?

This course will focus on improving the flexibility of the participant. The course assists on mobilizing and improving the range of motion of all the important muscle groups which contribute to the participant’s ordinary daily activities.

Pilates beginners

What will the course Cover?

Pilates is a mat-based exercise programme which focuses on posture, body alignment and breathing. Initially the emphasis will be on correct execution of the exercises, understanding 'core stability' and breathing.

Yoga and meditation

What will the course Cover?
