What will the course Cover?
This one day CIEH accredited training is delivered in person by a Hammersmith & Fulham Environmental Health Officer, providing learners with the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the application of food safety law within their particular business. This course reinforces the importance of food safety and provides learners with an understanding of how to identify and control food safety hazards in their own workplace.

Food Handlers preparing or cooking food for customers, anyone wishing to refresh previously learned skills & knowledge. Businesses looking to provide staff development to food employees. Self employed, food based small business owners
